BACKGROUNDI have enjoyed sport and fitness my whole life - I thrive with physical challenge, team work and competition. As my career has progressed, my passion for sports evolved into a mission for physical development, improved health and performance. Consequently, I have coached, taught physical education and I am now growing a fitness brand which is tailored and designed with you in mind.My training principles and methods are centred around strength, hypertrophy, toning and cardiovascular fitness through HIIT training.
